These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of vedicgrace.com and to any astrology courses, live classes, and course recordings (“Services”, “Content”) purchased or accessed through the website.
By using the website or buying/accessing any course or recording, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1) Who We Are
“Vedicgrace”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the owners and team operating vedicgrace.com.
“User”, “you”, “your” refers to anyone visiting the site or purchasing/using Services.
2) Eligibility
- You must be legally allowed to enter into a contract in your country/state.
- If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with parent/guardian consent.
3) What We Provide
We provide:
- Astrology learning courses (live and/or self-paced)
- Recorded classes / course recordings
- Study material (PDFs, notes, worksheets, links) where offered
We may change course content, trainer schedule, platform, and delivery method to improve learning, or due to practical constraints.
4) No Promise of Specific Results
Courses are for education and guidance. Your outcomes depend on your effort, background, practice, and many personal factors.
We do not promise:
- guaranteed learning speed
- guaranteed exam/pass results
- guaranteed income, business success, job placement, client growth, or “sure-shot” predictions
5) Astrology Disclaimer (Important)
Jyotiṣa/astrology is a subject of interpretation and guidance. It is not absolute, and it is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). Any action you take based on learning from our courses is your own decision and responsibility.
If you have a medical, legal, mental health, or financial emergency, consult a qualified professional.
6) Accounts, Access, and Security
- Some content may require login (website/LMS/app/Telegram/Zoom etc.).
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
- You must not allow others to use your paid access.
We can suspend access if we see clear misuse (sharing, piracy, fraud, abusive behaviour).
7) Digital Access Rules (Recordings & Materials)
When you buy a course/recording, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own learning.
You must not:
- share login, links, or recordings with anyone
- upload recordings to YouTube/Telegram/Drive or any public/private group
- sell, rent, “give for free”, or redistribute content
- copy course PDFs/notes and circulate them
- record the live session screen/audio unless we allow it in writing
If we give downloadable files, they are still only for your personal use.
8) Intellectual Property
All course videos, recordings, slides, notes, PDFs, audio, graphics, logos, and website content are owned by Vedicgrace or licensed to us.
You do not get ownership by purchasing. You only get access to learn.
9) Course Schedule, Live Sessions, and Changes
For live classes:
- Timings are shared on the website or in the official student group/email.
- Sometimes sessions may be rescheduled due to teacher health, travel, technical issues, festivals, or unavoidable reasons.
- If rescheduled, we will try to inform in advance and/or provide recording (if that course includes recordings).
We are not responsible for your personal unavailability, time-zone confusion, or missed classes.
10) “Lifetime Access” / “Limited-Time Access”
If any product says “lifetime access”, it means access for the life of that course on our platform (not your lifetime in every situation).
Access may end or change if:
- the platform closes, is discontinued, or becomes technically impossible to maintain
- licensing rights change
- the course is merged into a new version
Where possible, we may offer an alternative method (new link/platform) but it is not guaranteed.
If a course has “3 months / 6 months / 1 year access”, it will stop after that period.
11) Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
- Prices are shown on the website and may change anytime.
- Payment gateways/processors may charge convenience fees or currency conversion charges. Those are your responsibility.
- If any tax (GST/VAT) applies as per law, it may be added at checkout or included in the price as shown.
We do not store your full card/banking details. Payments are handled by third-party payment partners.
12) Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Because courses/recordings are digital, refund rules are strict.
Unless a specific product page mentions a different policy:
- No refund after access is granted (for recordings, downloads, or LMS access).
- If a live course has started and recordings/materials are already shared, no refund.
- Course fee is not transferable to another person unless we allow it in writing.
- If you paid twice by mistake for the same product, we will verify and fix it.
If we cancel a course entirely (rare), we may offer:
- a replacement batch, or
- credit/adjustment, or
- refund (after deducting payment gateway charges if applicable)
13) Community Rules (Groups, Comments, Class Behaviour)
If we provide student communities (Telegram/WhatsApp/Facebook/LMS forums):
- be respectful; no abuse, threats, hate speech, harassment
- no spamming, promotions, affiliate links, or selling services inside groups unless permitted
- no sharing of other students’ personal details
Violation can lead to removal from group and/or suspension of course access without refund.
14) Technical Requirements
You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device/browser. We are not responsible for:
- your internet failure
- device problems
- app/browser issues on your side
- local power cuts
If our platform has downtime, we will try to restore access as soon as possible.
15) Third-Party Tools and Links
We may use or link to third-party services (Zoom, YouTube, payment gateways, LMS platforms, messaging apps, etc.). Their terms also apply.
We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of business, reputation damage, etc.).
- Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product in dispute.
17) Indemnity
If you misuse the website/content, violate these Terms, or break any law, and it causes loss/claims against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and damages.
18) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you:

- harassed staff/students

In such cases, refund is generally not provided.
