This Refund Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and replacements apply for courses, live classes, and course recordings sold on vedicgrace.com.

1) Important Point About Digital Products
Most of our products are digital (online courses, recordings, PDFs, study material). Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered. So refunds are limited.
2) Refund Eligibility (When We May Refund)
Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
A) Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally paid twice for the same product, we will verify it and refund the extra amount.
B) Payment Succeeded but Access not Provided
If your payment is successful and you did not receive access due to a technical issue from our side, we will either:
- provide access, or
- refund (if access cannot be provided within a reasonable time)
C) Course Cancelled by Us
If we cancel a course/batch and cannot offer a suitable alternative (new batch or replacement access), we may refund or provide credit/adjustment.
D) Wrong Product Purchased (Very Limited)
If you purchased the wrong course by mistake and you have not accessed it (no login/access/streaming/download), we may allow a change to the correct product or refund at our discretion.
3) Non-Refundable Cases (No Refund)
Refund is not available in these cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not attend the live class.
- You missed classes due to personal schedule, travel, job, time-zone confusion, or internet issues.
- You watched/streamed any recording (even partly).
- You downloaded PDFs/notes/material (if downloads are enabled).
- You joined the course platform or received login access.
- You claim the course is “not suitable” after consuming content.
- You faced device issues, network issues, or software issues on your side.
- You violated our Terms (content sharing/piracy/abuse) and your access was suspended.
4) Recording Access and “Lifetime Access” Products
Courses/recordings that provide access to a digital library or “lifetime access” are non-refundable once access is granted, because content delivery starts immediately.
5) Replacement / Reschedule Policy for Live Courses
If a live session is postponed or rescheduled due to teacher availability, festivals, health issues, or technical reasons:
- We will inform students through official channels (email/group/website notice).
- The session will be conducted on a new date/time, and/or recording will be shared if the course includes recordings.
Rescheduling is not a reason for refund.
6) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your access until the issue is resolved.
If a chargeback is found to be false or abusive, we may permanently block access to protect our platform and content.
7) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only for eligible cases), contact us using the official support details on vedicgrace.com and include:

- Email used at purchase
- Phone number
- Order ID / transaction ID
- Product name
- Reason for request
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
We may ask for additional details to verify the claim.
8) Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or currency conversion fees (if any) may be deducted where applicable.
- Processing time depends on the payment gateway/bank.
9) Partial Refunds
We generally do not offer partial refunds for:
- partly attended courses
- partly watched recordings
- installment/EMI payments already processed (unless required by law or special written approval)
10) Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy anytime. The latest version will always be available on the website with the updated date.
