Why Bhrigu Nandi Nadi?
In most Jyotish classes, students are taught to chase lagna, divisional charts, multiple dashās and hundreds of yogas. After some time, they feel full of information but still cannot speak one clear event with confidence.
Bhrigu Nandi Nadi takes a different route.
Here, the Graha is the main doorway. Planets are read in degree sequence:
- Planet behind → past cause
- Current planet → main field of experience
- Planet ahead → result / future manifestation
From this simple but deep rule, you can read:
- career and finance patterns
- marriage and relationship story
- children and family karma
- health, accidents and recovery
- foreign stay, travel, property
- spiritual turning points
This Nadi system is rooted in the Bhrigu and Nandi tradition, but in this course we do not depend on physical palm leaves. Instead, we use their principles on modern horoscopes and test them on real charts of known people and students.
Why Prashna and Kashyap Hora together with BNN?
Life does not move only on birth time.
Rishis also watched the moment of the question.
- When you ask, “Will this court case settle?”
- When a parent asks, “Will my child get admission?”
- When a trader asks, “Should I enter this stock today?”
At that exact time, a Prashna chart is born.
Classical works like Prashna Mārga and Krishneeyam preserve very sharp rules for reading this moment. Kashyap Hora adds number-based and hora-based logic to guide timing and decision.
In this course, you will see how:
- BNN gives the background karma of the person.
- Prashna shows the current knot and near future.
- Kashyap Hora refines yes / no / wait and gives entry–exit timing.
For a practising astrologer, this combination is very powerful. You are not forced to answer everything only from the natal chart. You can use Prashna when needed and use BNN to see the deeper karmic field.
Curriculum Overview
Module 1 – Bhrigu Nandi Nadi: Foundations to Full Prediction
We start from first principles and slowly move to full life readings.
1. Spirit and roots of BNN
- Origin of Bhrigu and Nandi traditions
- Why Graha is more important than house in Nadi
- Degree sequence: past, present and future in one line
- How to respect free will while reading fixed karma
2. 12 Houses in Nadi style
We revisit all twelve houses, not in bookish way, but as fields of experience:
- Lagna as the “body of the story”
- Wealth houses as “flow of support”
- 3rd and 11th as effort and desire channels
- Dusthānas as hidden store of pending karma
Every house is shown with real chart examples.
3. 12 Rāśis and their Nadi behaviour
You will learn how each sign behaves as:
- a body type (biped, quadruped, keeta, etc.)
- a field in which karma walks
- a background colour for grahas (movable, fixed, dual; tattva; guṇa)
The same Saturn in Leo does not behave like Saturn in Pisces. We show this with real-life predictions.
4. Grahas as Karakas in BNN
We study each planet as karaka-purusha:
- Sun as ātma, father, authority, visibility
- Moon as mind, mother, nourishment, fluctuation
- Mars as energy, courage, accidents, surgery, younger males
- Mercury as buddhi, trade, speech, writing, nervous system
- Jupiter as wisdom, dharma, expansion, teacher
- Venus as relationships, comforts, art, wife, vehicles
- Saturn as karma, delay, responsibility, labour, sorrow–maturity

We show how to blend these karakas when planets join or aspect each other in Nadi style.

Not only book-based friend/enemy list, but how friendly or hostile behaviour shows in events:

6. Nadi yogas for life events
We develop practical Nadi yogas for:

Module 2 – Horary Astrology (Prashna – Kashyap Hora – Nadi Prashna)
This module trains you to answer clear questions using classical methods plus Nadi logic.
1. Foundations of Prashna Jyotish

- When to accept a question and when to refuse.
- Role of Lagna, Moon, day, tithi, nakshatra, weekday lord, Hora lord.
2. Key principles from Prashna Mārga and Krishneeyam
- How to judge the sincerity of the querent.
- Special combinations for success, failure, delay, cancellation, hidden support.
- Behaviour of dusthānas and trikona in Prashna vs natal charts.
- Timing indications in Prashna (short, medium, long-term outcomes).
3. Kashyap Hora and number-based Prashna
- Using numbers, horā and time to answer very specific questions.
- How to link number choice with the mind of the querent.
- Methods to judge:
– Will this work out now?
– Should I go ahead or wait?
– Is this person trustworthy?
4. Nadi Prashna approach
- Using BNN eyes to read the Prashna chart.
- How Saturn, Jupiter, Moon and Rahu–Ketu show the weight of pending karma in that question.
- How to connect Prashna result with natal combinations for deeper counselling.
5. Question-wise practice
We take many practical questions that often cannot be answered only from natal chart:

Pre-Requisites
- Basic knowledge of Rāśi, Graha and Bhāva will help you move faster, but is not compulsory. We revise fundamentals in a Nadi way at the beginning.
- Ability to follow simple English. Sanskrit shlokas and terms are explained in plain language.
- Willingness to practice regularly on charts and questions between classes.
- An open and respectful attitude towards Jyotish as a sacred vidyā, not just as a trick for quick results.
Exam Details & Certification
To keep the paramparā spirit, the exam is designed not as a formality but as a reflection of your understanding.
- Mid-course assessment:
Simple written / online test on basics of BNN and Prashna logic. - Final practical exam:
– 1–2 natal charts where you must give a short written Nadi-style reading (career, marriage, one health or finance point).
– 1–2 Prashna charts / number-based questions where you must give a clear answer with reasoning. - Evaluation:
Focus is on clarity of logic, not on answering everything “correctly”. Teachers will see how you think through a chart. - Certificate:
On satisfactory completion of assignments and final exam, you receive a Certificate of Completion / Excellence in Bhrigu Nandi Nadi & Prashna (Kashyap Hora) from Vedicgrace Institute of Astrology.
Your Instructor
Vinayak Bhatt is a practising astrologer and teacher, known for his work in Bhrigu Nandi Nadi, Prashna, Nakshatra systems and Stock Market Astrology.
A devotee of Ādi Guru Dakshinamurti and follower of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, he keeps meditation and inner refinement at the centre of Jyotish study.
