This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for courses, live classes, and course recordings purchased on vedicgrace.com.
By purchasing any product on our website, you agree to this policy.
1) Meaning of “Cancellation”
“Cancellation” means you want to stop or withdraw from a course/recording after purchase.
Because our products are mostly digital, cancellation rules depend on whether access has already been given.
2) Digital Courses and Recordings (Most Common)
A) After Access is Granted
Once course access / recording access / login details are given, cancellation is not allowed and the purchase is treated as completed.
This includes situations where:
- you logged in to the course portal
- you streamed/watched any video (even partly)
- you downloaded notes/PDFs (if enabled)
- you received course material or links
B) Before Access is Granted (Limited Cases)
If you request cancellation before any access is provided, we may allow cancellation only in special cases (at our discretion), such as:
- duplicate order
- wrong product purchased and you have not accessed it
- payment done but order not correctly created due to technical error
In such cases, we may cancel and refund as per our Refund Policy.
3) Live Classes (Batch-Based Courses)
If you enroll in a live course batch:
- If the batch has not started and you request cancellation, we may allow:
- shifting to another batch, or
- course credit, or
- refund (only if the product page specifically permits it)
- If the batch has started, cancellation is not allowed, because teaching resources and access are already allocated and recordings/material may already be shared.
Missing a class is not considered a cancellation and is not a reason for refund.
4) Subscriptions (If Any)
If we offer monthly/quarterly subscriptions (for course libraries or memberships):
- You can cancel renewal anytime from your account settings (if available) or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund the current billing cycle unless required by law or clearly promised on the product page.
- Access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
(If you do not sell subscriptions yet, keep this section; it helps future-proof the policy.)
5) Cancellation by Vedicgrace
In rare cases, we may cancel or postpone a batch/course due to:
- teacher unavailability, health issues
- festivals/travel
- low enrollments
- technical or platform issues
- unavoidable circumstances
If we cancel a course completely, we may offer one of the following:
- alternative batch access, or
- replacement course access, or
- credit/adjustment, or
- refund (as per Refund Policy)
6) How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation (only for eligible cases), contact us using the official support details shown on vedicgrace.com, and share:
- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order ID / transaction ID
- Product name
- Reason for cancellation request
We may ask for additional verification to protect against fraud.
7) Abuse and Policy Violations
If we detect content sharing, piracy, fraud, or abusive behaviour:
- your access may be cancelled/suspended immediately
- no refund will be provided
8) Policy Updates
We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest policy will be posted on the website with the updated date.
9) Contact
